The Staveley community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Bethany Amber Singleton, affectionately known as Beth, who passed away at the Royal Derby Hospital at the age of 29. Her untimely passing has left her family, friends, and everyone who knew her grieving the loss of a young woman whose greatest joy in life was her children and the people she loved.
Born in Chesterfield, Beth spent her life in the local area, where she built lasting relationships and became known for her caring nature, resilience, and devotion to her family. Above all else, she was a loving and dedicated mother whose world revolved around her children. Every moment she could spare was spent creating cherished memories with them, offering unconditional love, guidance, and support.
Beth’s greatest pride and happiness came from raising her beloved children, Hallie-Rae and Vinnie James. She embraced motherhood with unwavering love and commitment, always placing her children’s needs before her own. Those closest to her remember the warmth she brought into their lives and the countless moments of laughter and affection she shared with her family.
Her passing is especially heartbreaking for her loved ones, who now cherish the memories of the kind-hearted daughter, sister, mother, and friend she was. Beth is survived by her loving mother, Marlesse, having been predeceased by her father, Andy. She also leaves behind her sisters, Amelia and Jayden, her aunt, Chloe, her cousin, Jack, and a wide circle of relatives and friends who will forever treasure the time they shared with her.
As news of Beth’s passing has spread, heartfelt condolences and tributes have poured in from members of the community, each reflecting on her gentle spirit, caring heart, and the lasting impact she had on those fortunate enough to know her. Though her life was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Beth’s funeral service will take place at Chesterfield Crematorium on Monday, July 27, at 3:00 p.m. Family flowers have been respectfully requested. Instead, donations are being accepted to help secure a brighter future for her beloved children, a cause that reflects the love and devotion Beth had for them throughout her life.
